On Monday, September 28, we had a great beginning to our 2009-2010 season as David Robinson reminded us of the necessity of the Word of God and the sufficiency of the Scriptures for making us competent to fulfil our pastoral charge. What a joy and an encouragement to learn, worship, fellowship, and pray with other pastors!

We're now looking forward to continuing our theme in October as Pastor Brian Robinson addresses us on the issue of what and how we are called to preach. Those who know Brian know that preaching is of the primary ways he has been gifted of God to serve the church, so I am really looking forward to hearing what our brother has to say about this most precious of topics.
