On October 26 we gathered to hear Brian Robinson teach us from 2 Timothy 4 on 'The Pastor as Preacher.' Brian brought his 40+ years of pastoral / preaching experience to bear on this important and pertinent topic. All in attendance were blessed indeed!

After the first two meetings of the season, I've been impressed by the weightiness of the charge to be faithful in preaching the word of God in season and out. The word alone is where both the wisdom and the power of God are revealed and it is through preaching the word that both the wisdom and the power of God are brought to bear on our people for their good.

I do hope that you'll be able to join us on November 16, as we look forward to hearing Paul Martin of Grace Fellowship Church teach on how the pastor must endure suffering faithfully in order to rightly fulfil his charge as pastor.
